How can I send you my theme to debug an issue?

If you need to send me your theme for debugging, you can either:

1) download and send me the theme zip from the theme creator (i.e. if you have a paid theme, it's better to send me the original)

2) If you have a custom theme, zip it up. It will be the theme in /wp-content/themes/your-theme-name. If the theme is a child theme, also include the parent theme.

Upload the zip file to a site like https://wetransfer.com or Dropbox and send me the link in your support ticket. Do not add our support email to the service, as the email will be refused by our server. Copy the link to the file and add that to your existing ticket.
